County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Anthony Delmar Anderson, 39, of 1927 Cain Drive, Athens, possession of a controlled substance; grand jury indictment

• Julian Jose Apote-Rivera, 23, of 609 Moulton St., Decatur, fraudulent use of debit or credit card and obstructing justice by giving false name; grand jury indictment

• Claudia Patricia Arispe, 28, of Chris Way, Lot 9, Athens, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; grand jury indictment

• Ryan Tremaine Armer, 25, of 1035 King St., Brighton, third-degree burglary; grand jury indictment

• Timothy Dewayne Battles, 45, of 1218 Kelley Drive, Athens, breaking into and entering a vehicle, second-degree theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of third-degree burglary; grand jury indictment

• Adam Wayne Blankenship, 24, of 180 Meetinghouse Road, Ardmore, Tenn., first-degree receiving stolen property; grand jury indictment

• Kimberly Davidson, 40, of 105 Barbara St., Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument and four counts of attempting to commit a controlled substance crime; grand jury indictment

• Christopher Daniel Draper, 24, of 21395 Tillman Mill Road, Elkmont, six counts of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card; grand jury indictment

• Devin Allen Falconbury, 22, of 301 Wellington Road, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Amanda Carol Gabhart, 25, of 29458 Lakeview Drive, Ardmore, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Roylanda Torrell Moore, 40, of 16050 American Way, Lot A-4, Athens, possession of a controlled substance; grand jury indictment

• Isaiah Oneal Rice, 22, of 908 Beech St., Athens, trafficking cocaine, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; grand jury indictment

• James Howard Robertson, 31, of 30605 Alabama 99, Lester, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment, third-degree domestic violence (assault), possession drug paraphernalia, chemical endangerment of a child and altering identification; grand jury indictment

• Seth Thomas Robinson, 32, of 18135 Sulpher Creek Road, Elkmont, 12 counts of second-degree forgery; grand jury indictment

• Eduardo Rodriguez, 22, of Chris Way, Lot 9, Athens, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; grand jury indictment

• Christine Alberta Scales, 24, of 3907 Ingleside St., Athens, bond on negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument revoked

• Marvin Douglas Shoulders, 29, of 14245 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, arrested by Limestone County Sheriff’s Department and Huntsville Police Department drug units and charged with two counts of trafficking crack cocaine and one count of possession of a controlled substance, said Limestone drug officer Lt. Lance Royals

• Lindsay Erin Smith, 22, of 30605 Alabama 99, Lester, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; grand jury indictment

• Christie Michelle Tyler, 20, of 105 Willow View Lane, Westover, third-degree burglary; grand jury indictment

• Bryan Owen Vincent, 30, of 29560 Alabama 99, Lester, manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; grand jury indictment

• Jackie Lynn Watkins, 47, of 25368 New Bethel Road, Elkmont, third-degree burglary; grand jury indictment

• Warren Fitzgerald White Jr., 20, of 2102 Stanford St., Athens, first-degree possession of marijuana and attempting to elude; grand jury indictment



County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s officials believe an Athens man arrested for burglary Thursday may have committed five others in the county, an official said Friday.

Michael Justin Lewis, 26, of Bledsoe Road was arrested and charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance after a witness saw a man climb through the window of a home on Mooresville Road. Limestone County Sheriff’s Chief Investigator Stanley McNatt said additional charges are pending in connection with the following burglaries:

• A ceramic jar containing change, two wallets containing cash, and rolls of coins, total value $570, stolen from the 1000 block of High Point between May 10-20

• Prescription medication valued at $80 stolen during a burglary between May 18 and Wednesday from the 15000 block of McCulley Mill Road

• Prescription medication valued at $200 stolen during a burglary between May 18 and Thursday in the 15000 block of McCulley Mill Road

• Glass jar containing $350 in coins stolen during a burglary between May 19-24 in the 14000 block of East Limestone Road

• A Honda motorbike of undetermined value stolen Wednesday from the 28000 block of Bethel Road



City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Natalie Nicole Collins, 30, of Glover Road, Athens, second-degree theft of property, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and three counts of second-degree forgery

• Travis Freeman, 33, of 1906 S. Hine St., Athens, DUI

• Robert Eugene McElroy, 74, of 205 Four Mile Road, Kingston, DUI



City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported no additional thefts Friday.



Hospital report

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and four discharges Friday.

Admitted: Eunice Kelly of Athens

Discharged: Edith Davis of Ardmore, Myrna Morris and Warren Coffman, both of Athens, and Jeffery Foster of Elkmont
