The graveside service for Betty Pope Collier, 79, of Athens will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Carlos Beddingfield officiating.

Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Spry Funeral Home.

Mrs. Collier died Friday, May 8, 2009, at home.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Alean Pope; and daughter, Betty Ann Gant.

Survivors include her son, Brian Collier of Athens; daughter, Jean Whitt of Huntsville; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
