The funeral for Mary Lou Moore, 57, of Athens will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Matthew Stockman officiating. Burial will be Athens City Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.

Mrs. Moore died Wednesday, April 1, 2009, in Athens.

Mary Lou Moore was born July 16, 1951. She was the daughter of Joe W. Martin and Lillie Mae Taylor Martin in Scottsboro.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Lillie Martin; and a brother, Lonnie Martin.

Survivors include her husband, Lanny Moore of Athens; daughters, Michelle Crawford and husband Matthew of Belmont, N.C., Nicole Stockman and husband Matthew of Athens; father and mother-in-law, Elizabeth and Wilburn Moore of Athens; brothers, Frank Bufford of Eustis, Fla., and Andy Bufford of Scottsboro; sisters, Ann Jones and husband Jimmy of Section, and Betty Bufford of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Jaedon Sneed, Elijah Crawford, Tucker Stockman and Denbree Stockman; several nieces and nephews.
