• Jonathan Lee Carlton, 24, of 12206 Lukers Way, Apt. 2M, Athens, no insurance and driving while suspended

• George Demetri Cassimus IV, 23, of 26825 Mary Sue Lane, Athens, DUI and speeding

• Shaun Andrew Conley, 26, of 26634 Fain Road, Elkmont, DUI (writ of arrest)

• Lois Eliane Dempsey, 50, of 25929, Veto Road, Elkmont, endangering the welfare of a child

• Roxanne Sherice Hutchinson, 30, of 19069 Holt Road, Athens, DUI
