Motorists traveling West Hobbs Street didn’t have to wait until they made it home for a pit stop Tuesday night. A deluge of rain swept a portable toilet into the middle of the road at New Haven Townhomes. The toilet had been at a nearby construction site. Flooding occurred in several areas Tuesday after the fast rain.
