Jenny Mae Hurn

Jenny Mae Hurn, 64, of Athens went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Madison Street Baptist Church in Athens with Mike Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in Athens City Cemetery.

The body will be in the church one hour before the service today.

She is survived by one son, Ben Hurn and wife Stacey of Athens; one daughter, Tracy Rosser and husband Mike of Madison; one granddaughter, Amy Johnson and husband Matt of Athens; three grandsons, John Hurn Jr. and wife Madison of Athens, and Elijah Hurn and Joshua Hurn, both of Athens; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Al Morris of Cincinnati, Ohio; and special nieces, Lorainna Miles and Diane Rowland.

Mrs. Hurn was preceded in death by her husband, John William Hurn; three brothers; and one sister.

Pallbearers will be Benji Hurn, Elijah Hurn, Joshua Hurn, Matt Johnson, James Benson and Allan Bentley.
