The funeral for Lorence Edward “Larry” Eggleston, 67, of Toney will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Bill Irby officiating.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mr. Eggleston died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He was born Oct. 20, 1940, in Jasper, N.Y., to Floyd and Crystal Bartoo Eggleston.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Eggleston of Toney; four daughters, Susan Mayhew and husband Steven of Orlando, Fla., Deanne Eggleston of New York, Wendy Smith of Clifton Springs, N.Y., and Jennifer Bane and husband Carl of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla; five grandchildren, Maggie Dalton, Sam Ventui, Tristan Ventui, David Mayhew and Kenna Mayhew; and one great-grandchild, Callie Dalton.
