Tony Gerald David
The funeral for Tony G. David, 44, of Athens will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Round Island Creek Association Building with the Rev. Anthony Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Thatch Mann Cemetery. Nelms Memorial Funeral in Huntsville is in charge of arrangements.
David Eldridge Harrison
Graveside service for David “Eldridge” Harrison, 66, of Elkmont will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Salem Cemetery with Mitch McCormick officiating.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Spry Funeral Home.
Mr. Harrison died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at home. He was born Sept. 9, 1941, in Limestone County. He was retired after 51 years as a brick mason.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Harrison, and two infant sons.
He is survived by his wife, Nella Harrison of Elkmont; three sons, Michael Harrison and wife Stephanie of Lester, Stephen Harrison and wife Tina of Anderson, and Bobby Harrison of Elkmont; one daughter, Crystal McMahan and husband Jason of Lester; his mother, Elizabeth Harrison of Elkmont; four brothers, Wayne Harrison of Elkmont, Allen Harrison of Athens, Howard Harrison of Minor Hill, Tenn., and Edwin Harrison of Dunkin, Okla.; one sister, Mary Townsend of Elkmont; grandchildren, Briana Harrison, Blake McMahan, Logan McMahan, Cameron Harrison; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Stephen Marbut, Johnny Russell, Darin Russell, Roger Phillips, Shane Glanton and Danny Harrison.
Mary Elaine Hay
The funeral for Mary Elaine Hay, 89, of Elkmont will be 2 p.m. today at McConnell Funeral Home. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hay died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at home.
Elizabeth Hemans Looft
Elizabeth Hemans Looft, 104, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, at a Selma nursing home. The graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Athens City Cemetery with Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home in Selma directing.
Mrs. Looft is survived by her niece, Elizabeth Traylor and husband John; nephew Raymond D. Maples Jr. and wife Janie; great nephews and nieces, William T. Maples, Stephen C. Maples, Amanda B. Maples, Bryant Taylor III, and Rebekah Maples Traylor.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. and Mrs. John Malcolm Maples; husbands, John Comer and Theodore Looft; son, John M. Comer; and brother, Raymond Maples Sr.

The graveside service for Carl Frank Losh, 85, of Florida will be at noon today at Athens City Cemetery with McConnell Funeral Home directing.
Mable C. Pullum
Mable C. Pullum, 88, of Athens died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2007, at Limestone Health Facility. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
