ARDMORE – West Limestone’s girls basketball team opened its season with a 53-46 win at Ardmore (0-2) Monday night.

The Wildcats (1-0) were led by Elizabeth Dison with 18 points. Savannah Smith added 11 points and Natalie Harrison scored 10 points for West Limestone.

Jennifer Mills led Ardmore with 16 points. Lauren Achley scored nine points for the Tigers.

Brittany Miles pulled down 10 rebounds for Ardmore.

Ardmore is hosting a boys and girls Thanksgiving tournament Friday. The Tigers open with Richland, Tenn. at 10 a.m.
