A Limestone County family lost their home in a fire late Tuesday afternoon in northwest section of the county.

Erika King ,who lived in the mobile home owned by Ricky Forsythe on Sewell Road at Willowtree Mobile Home Park, lost everything in the fire, firefighters said.

It was a total loss. The cause of the fire is undetermined, firefighters said. Firefighters from Owens and Piney Chapel Volunteer Fire Departments responded to the 4:30 p.m. blaze.

King, her two children and two guests were inside the mobile home when the fire broke out. Firefighters said they escaped without injury.
