Dustin Lee Goodwin

Dustin Lee “Duck” Goodwin, 24, of Athens, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006. Arrangements will be announced by Spry Funeral Home.



Franklin McLemore

Franklin McLemore, 64, of Huntsville, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, at Huntsville Hospital. Arrangements will be announced by Spry Funeral Home.



Ruby Lynn McPherson

The funeral for Ruby Lynn McPherson, 88, of Athens, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Spry Funeral Home with Pat Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. McPherson died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2006, at Athens Convalescent Center.

She was born Oct. 4, 1916. She was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Robert McDaniel and Wayne McDaniel of Buford, Ga., and Ray McDaniel of Huntsville; one daughter, Mary Jeffreys of Athens; one sister, Grace West of Buford, Ga., 21 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 27 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Robert McDaniel and Robert McPherson, one son, Walter Jerry McDaniel, two brothers and two sisters.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandsons.



Robert Randall Sullivan

Robert Randall Sullivan, 83, of Prospect, Tenn., died Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, at his home. No services are planned. Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home is handling arrangements.



Arthur Summers

Arthur Summers, 72, of Athens, died Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, at his home. Arrangements will be announced by Spry Funeral Home.
