Deborah Darlene Craig

Deborah Darlene Craig, 50, of Jasper, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, at BMC Princeton. Memorial services will be at 5 p.m. today at Collins Burke Funeral Home in Jasper.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Athens City Cemetery. There will be no visitation prior to services. Levi Sides will officiate; Collins Burke Funeral Home will officiate.

Mrs. Craig was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. M.W. McMunn and Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Craig.

She is survived by her mother, Lois Black; father, John Black; two sisters, Cindy Marhham and Mellisa Cumberland; and three brothers, Gene Craig, Jeff Knight and Randy Williams.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to 6th Avenue Church of Christ.

Matthew Daniel Hallmark

Matthew Daniel Hallmark, 21, of Cullman died Friday, Aug. 11, 2006.

He is survived by his parents, J.R. and Wanda Staton Hallmark; one brother, Riley Jerry Hallmark Jr. and wife Lorrie of Ardmore; one sister, Nikki Barnes and husband Roy of Hayden; two half-sisters, Julie Woods of Pinson and Kim Thurman and husband Roddie of Moody; grandparents, Bill and Faye Staton of Trafford; one nephew, Austin Barnes and a loving extended family of uncles, aunts, cousins and others.

Arrangements are being handled by Hanceville Funeral Home, 100 Michelle St. NW, Hanceville, where the family will receive friends from 6-9 tonight. The funeral service will be at Spirit Life Church of God at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Reverend Andrew Ball officiating. The body will lie in state beginning at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Trafford Baptist Cemetery in Trafford.

Matt attended Spirit Life Church of God in Cullman and was lead guitarist for Christian artist Eo’wyn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Eo’wyn Ministries, 1897 Clara Mathis Road, Spring Hill, Tenn. 37174.



Dorothy Jean Ruffin

Funeral services for Dorothy Jean Ruffin will be at noon today at New Hopewell M.B. Church in Tanner with Larry R. Lockett Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Thatch-Mann Cemetery.
