Taylor Wallace Davis Jr.

The funeral for Taylor Wallace Davis Jr., 49, of Athens, will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Donald Vickers officiating. Burial will be in Sardis Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.

Mr. Davis died Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at home.

He worked at Wilson Overhead Garage Door in Huntsville.

Survivors include one son, Christopher Wallace Davis of Illinois; one sister, Teressa Hargrove of Athens; one niece, Lisa Hargrove of Athens; and one nephew, Garry Hargrove of Athens.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Hargrove, Mike Hargrove, Kevin Hargrove, Tim Witvoet, Johnny Hargrove and Garry Hargrove.



L.G. Hutcheson Everett

The funeral for L.G. Hutcheson Everett, 68, of Athens, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, and one hour before the service Saturday in the church.

Mrs. Everett died Thursday, April 27, 2006.



Hellen Hall

The funeral arrangements for Hellen Hall, 76, of Athens, will be announced by McConnell Funeral Home. Mrs. Hall died Thursday, April 27, 2006, at Limestone Health Facility.



John Melvin Montgomery

The funeral for John Melvin Montgomery, 80, of Athens, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Brother Darren Winland and Brother Dale Myers officiating.

Visitation will be from 6-8 tonight at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Reunion Cemetery.

Mr. Montgomery died Thursday, April 27, 2006, at Athens-Limestone Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Buster and Nina Lena Montgomery; one brother, Howard Montgomery; and one sister, Razalee Heard.

He was a member of Reunion Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Geneva Montgomery of Athens; one son, Marty Montgomery of Athens; on daughter Trudy and husband Billy Wayne Moore of Pulaski, Tenn.; grandchildren, Amanda Caldwell, Amelia Walls, K.B. Kyle Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Kelsie and Kaylie Caldwell; four sisters, Lucille Montgomery, Leona McMeans, Corine Lovell and Inez Miller.

Pallbearers will be Michael Caldwell, Jason Walls, Brian Hall, Leon Ruf, Lawrence Holt and Eddie Kerr.
