Michael Thomas Chittam Jr.
Michael Thomas Chittam Jr., infant son of Michael and Jessica Chittam, for-merly of Athens, died at birth Wednes-day, April 12, 2006, in Pisa, Italy. A pri-vate service will be held.
Survivors include his parents; one sis-ter, Isabell Chittam; grandparents, Renee Goodrich and Linda Chittam, both of Athens, and Rickey Chitlam of Bossier City, La.; great-grandparents, Pauline Henry of Mauston, Wis., Ray and Mil-dred Chittam and Wiley and Suzy Rus-sell, all of Athens.
Funeral arrangements are being han-dled by Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Jeanne Peacock Miller
The funeral for Jeanne Peacock Miller, 76, of Athens, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McConnell Funeral Home with Bro. Rex Bell and Bro. Eddie Gooch officiating.
Bur-ial will be in Boselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 tonight at the fu-neral home.
Mrs. Miller was born Jan. 2, 1930, in Baton Rouge, La., to John Robert Peacock and Clara Robbins Peacock. She was an active member of Tanner United Methodist Church and volunteered with Hospice of Limestone County and the American Red Cross at Athens-Lime-stone Hospital.
She was a member of Tanner United Methodist Prayer Chain. She retired from the Limestone County Board of Educa-tion after serving as a teacher’s aide and secretary at two county schools. She also served as a Limestone County school lunch program coordinator.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, and all will miss her.
She was preceded in death by her par-ents; a brother, Dr. J.R. Peacock Jr.; and a granddaughter, Whitney Lane Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Wendell Bryan Miller Sr.; two daughters, Dianne Jeffries and husband Dale of Ever-green, Colo., and Wendy Fowler and hus-band Ralph of Athens; two sons, Wendell Bryan Miller Jr. and wife Cherie of Huntsville and Jeremy Miller and wife Cindy of Athens; grandchildren, Jessica Jeffries, Rachel Jeffries, Shea Miller, Hol-ly Miller, Daniel Fowler and wife Amanda, and Melissa Fowler; and one great-grandchild, Lennox Jeffries.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Limestone County or Tanner United Methodist Church.
Julian Kerry Donald Vinet
The funeral for Julian Kerry Donald Vinet, 53, of Huntsville, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home with Doug Colwell and Shawn Faulk officiating. Burial will be in Elliott Ceme-tery in Ardmore, Tenn. Visitation will be 5-8 tonight at the funeral home.
Mr. Vinet died Friday, April 21, 2006, at home.
