The Student Government Association sponsored the annual Athens State University Halloween costume contest held Thursday in the ASU ballroom. The room was full of characters including the winner of the student category, Justin Foster as “the Grinch who stole Christmas” and his back-up dancers Bridget Brown, Kala Wheatherly and Wendy Cowan as “the Whos.” Tena Bullington, the coordinator of student activities, helped to organize the event.
