Justin Johnson with Holiday Enlightenment decorates the steps of the Limestone County Courthouse Thursday with garland. Josh Carter assisted Johnson with stringing lights on a Christmas tree outside the courthouse. The county plans to light the tree Dec. 6 during the annual Reliance Bank Christmas Parade.
