Britany Harris, 20, of Harvest chose a good day to don short sleeves and toss bread on a bright and unseasonably warm Tuesday afternoon at Big Spring Memorial Park duck pond. She was joined by friends and her Russell terrier, Maximilian.
Overnight temperatures Monday dipped to 29 degrees but springtime weather appeared Tuesday with a high of 63.
The sunny and clear weather is expected to continue through today.
