Nell Lutz was the first off the plane Saturday night when Honor Flight landed in Huntsville to a rousing welcome from families and two brass bands. Lutz was a WAVE in World War II and was the first woman from Limestone County to take the flight, which transports WWII veterans for a free, one-day visit to the WWII Memorial in Washington.
