U.S. Marshals arrested 25-year-old Heather Davis on Wednesday after getting a tip she was staying in Madison County, Ala.
The Daily Herald (http://bit.ly/IuQLNe ) of Columbia, Tenn., reported Davis was held as Tennessee authorities seek to extradite her on a charge of criminally negligent homicide.
Davis was indicted this month by a Maury County grand jury in the death of 28-year-old Jonathan Ryan Vernon, who was pronounced dead at the Columbia home the couple shared. An autopsy found Vernon died of an overdose of prescription pills.
