An Arab woman who fatally shot her lover at his Athens home in 2009 has been sentenced to life in prison.
Limestone County Circuit Judge Robert Baker sentenced Lisa Mechelle Pate, 43, today on her conviction for murdering James Miller, 59, of Athens.
