CULLMAN, Ala. (AP) — Democratic state Sen. Zeb Little of Cullman is scheduled for a court hearing April 28 in Birmingham on driving under the influence and other charges.
The state Senate majority leader was arrested by state troopers on April 3 on charges of DUI, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, having an open container of alcohol in his car and having an expired driver’s license. The arrest occurred on Interstate 65 in Hoover.
Court records show Little’s hearing is set for 9 a.m. before Jefferson County District Judge Sheldon Watkins.
