AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — Auburn backup quarterback Zeke Pike has left campus after his arrest on a charge of public intoxication.
The Birmingham News (http://bit.ly/LbAgbk ) reports that the freshman will miss weeks of informal summer workouts after returning home to Fort Mitchell, Ky.
Pike is free on bond on the misdemeanor charge after being arrested in Auburn early Sunday.
The former high school star enrolled at Auburn in January.
