The funeral for Stanley Ray Moore, 59, of Athens will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Spry Funeral Home with John Taggard officiating. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Moore died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at home.
Mr. Moore was born Dec. 2, 1953, in Ohio. He was a retired mechanic and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Cathy Moore of Athens; two stepsons, Richard Mills of Akron, Ohio, and Donnie Mills of Athens; mother, Dorothy Caldwell of Athens; and sister, Cathy Pack of Elkmont.
Memorials can be made to Hospice of Limestone County or St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
