The funeral for Phyllis Myrna Barksdale Fogg, 84, of Athens will be at 11 a.m. today at McConnell Funeral Home with Norm Webb officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation was from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Fogg died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at home.
Phyllis Fogg was born Oct. 14, 1928, in Limestone County to Wade Barksdale and Algae Butner. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to all that knew her. She was a member of Jones Road Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Donald James Fogg.
Survivors include her two sons, Steve Fogg and wife Susan of Athens, and Tim Fogg and wife Susan of Athens; five grandchildren, Casey Fogg, Leslie Fogg, Allison Phillips, Heath Fogg and Leigh Ann Brooks; four great-grandchildren, Cooper Phillips, Houston Fogg, Grayson Fogg and Dylan Covey; two sisters; and three brothers.
Pallbearers are Casey Fogg, Heath Fogg, Brent Phillips, Anthony Claxton, Sam Brooks, Houston Fogg, Grayson Fogg and Cooper Phillips.
Honorary pallbearers are Danny Barksdale, Gary Barksdale and Jason Claxton.
