The graveside service for Barbara Jean Strickland, 61, of Athens will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Malone Cemetery in Cash Point, Tenn., with Wayne Berryhill officiating and Spry Funeral Home directing.
Visitation is from 6-9 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Strickland died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Huntsville Hospital.
Barbara Strickland was born April 19, 1951, in Chicago. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include daughters, Eircha Murphy of Athens and Stacey Adams of Elkmont; sons, David Lee Strickland of Athens and Daniel Mark Strickland of Ardmore; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Diana Chase of Lake Villa, Ill.; brothers, Donald Brown of McHenry, Ill., and Thomas Brown of Atlanta; nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Cody Burroughs, Brad Hobbs, Morgan Hobbs, Larry Hargrove, David Holt and Eli Adams.
