The funeral for Lavinda M. Brown, 60, will be at noon Thursday at the Little Zion M.B. Church in Athens with Pastor Damon T. Betts officiating. Burial will be Sowell Cemetery in Tanner with Peoples Funeral Home directing.
Ms. Brown died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at Huntsville Hospital.
