Graveside services for Charles Ray Free, 75, of Athens, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery with Codie Wallace officiating.
Visitation will be held from noon to 1:30 Wednesday at Spry Funeral Home.
Mr. Free passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
He was born April 9, 1937, in Madison County. He was retired from Sweet Sue Kitchens.
Mr. Free was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bertie Free; and son, Andy Wallace.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Free of Athens; sons, Charles Ray Free Jr. and wife April of Hartselle and Jodie Wallace and wife Shannon of Hazel Green; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Randall Peek, Billy Wales, Billy Wales Jr., Donald Wales, Eugene Blakely and Codie Wallace.
