The funeral for Mark Ivey, 59, of Holly Pond will be at noon Friday at Holly Pond Funeral Home with the Rev. James Fields officiating. Interment will be in Holly Pond Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mr. Ivey died early Saturday morning, Dec. 22, 2012, at home.
Mark was born in Madison County to Carl William and Arnice Cora McGinnis Ivey. He graduated from Lee High School and was an avid University of Alabama football fan. Mark was a self-employed salesman.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents; son, Jon Mark Ivey; and brother, Dennis Carl Ivey.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Ann Ivey; son, Kelly Elliot and wife Jennifer; daughter, Sharonda Corneglio and husband J.C.; three grandsons, Brody Bagwell, Jackson Wilkins and Alex Corneglio; two aunts, Aileen McGinnis Elledge and Elaine McGinnis Marshall; three nephews, Daniel Thomas Ivey, Dennis Carl Ivey II and David Glenn Ivey.
