Janice Stovall Tribble, 71, of Athens passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at home. Mrs. Tribble was born March 16, 1941, in Limestone County to H.B. Stovall and Alma Rose Stovall.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dement Cemetery with Kasey Harbin officiating.
Visitation is from 6-9 tonight at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tribble was a member of Capshaw Church of Christ. She was a title aide and substitute teacher for East Limestone High School for more than 25 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, H.B. and Alma Stovall.
Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Tribble Jr. of Athens; daughter, Cindy McKinney and husband Luke of Athens; two sons, Chad Tribble and wife Tina of Athens and Greg Tribble and wife Kelli of Florence; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Christie Hill of Lexington and Jo Ann Barksdale of Wooley Springs; and aunt, Mildred Parham of Scottsboro.
Pallbearers will be Neal Rose, Tommy Hill, Jonathan Hill, David Hill, Josh Moreland and Jimmy Hambrick. Honorary pallbearers will be Lynn Parham and Kenneth Barksdale.
