Deweye Belue

— Deweye Ilif Belue, 83, of Anderson died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at Limestone Health Facility. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Anderson.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Rogersville Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Anderson with J.D. Harrison and Chuck Hood officiating. Burial will follow in Harvey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Belue, Rennie Belue, Hegan Belue, Terry Belue, Donnie White, Keith White and Gordon Belue.

Ms. Belue was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Lee Grisham. 

She is survived by her children, Richard Belue, Gail McCurry and husband Toby, David Belue, and Nancy Daniel and husband Kirk; grandchildren, Lorie (Lynn) Hedgepeth, Cindy Hargrove, Mark McCurry and wife Lindsay, Philip Daniel and wife Blanca and Tiffany Daniel; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Marlee Hedgepeth, Sam Hargrove and Max McCurry; and a special friend, Mary Trimm.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church of Anderson, 247 Church St., Anderson, AL 35610.

Deweye was a lifelong resident of Lauderdale County. During her childhood, she attended school at Whitehead and graduated from Lauderdale County High School. Ms. Belue was a loving and cherished mother and grandmother. She was a faithful Christian that loved her family, friends and church.
