Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:
• Jonie Rochell Atchley, 23, of 26924 Cotton Tree Way, Madison, driving under the influence
• Pamela Michelle Beddingfield, 29, of 23364 Fain Road, Elkmont, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Jamey Wade Browning, 46, of 29190 McKee Road, Toney, third-degree criminal trespass
• Donnie Clay Goode, 55, of 1104 N. Hine St., Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for first-degree theft by deception
• Patricia Gail Kelley, 22, of 1265 Alma Road, Jasper, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for third-degree burglary and two counts of failing to appear or pay on two previous convictions for third-degree burglary
• Danny Jaron Mayberry, 20, of 30544 Ardmore Ridge Road, Ardmore, Tenn., first-degree theft
• Rusty Don Parker, 29, of 354 Jackson Ave., Rogersville, second-degree theft (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)
• James Hoyt Toney Jr., 32, of 601 Elkton St., Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for DUI
• Jaivier Valladares, 22, of Carter’s Trailer Park, Alabama 99, Athens, public intoxication
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• ATHENS — Burglary reported Sept. 10 and 19 in 16000 block Alabama 251, nothing missing
• ATHENS — $20 in coins stolen during vehicle break-in Sept. 18 or 19 in 25000 block Thatch Road
• TANNER — Power chair valued at $3,500 stolen Sept. 17 from 6500 block Buddy Garrett Road

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday.
• Brandon Lamont Beverly, 28, of 2103 Southline Drive N.W., Huntsville, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card
• Maranda Lee Leatherwood, 29, of 2324 Sugar Creek Road, Lester, third-degree theft of property
• Edna Renee Ford, 53, of 2313 McVernon Road, Huntsville, second-degree theft and violating terms of probation on previous conviction for third-degree theft
• Michael Anthony Brown, 53, of 502 Irvin St., Apt. A, Athens, menacing
• Ronnie Lee Pylant Jr., 24, no address provided, Athens, distribution of a controlled substance
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• Pontiac Grand Am from 2000 block South Hine Street used without authorization Sept. 17
• Four DVDs valued at $31 stolen Sept. 18 from 17000 block U.S. 72 West
• Barnes & Noble brand Nook electronic reader and three bicycles, total $300, stolen from 300 block South Beaty Street between Aug. 30 and Sept. 19.
• Conair brand haircut kit valued at $18 stolen Sept. 19 from 600 South Jefferson Street
