County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:
• David Wayne Allen, 50, of 361 Baites Road, Toney, contempt of court
• Matthew Dale Baker, 26, of 21433 Corey James Way, Elkmont, two counts of no insurance and one count of switched tag
• Donald Ray Brown, 45, of 203 Fourth St., Athens, public intoxication
• Troy Jackson Crumbley, 34, of 11740 Neely Road, Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance
• Charles Lee Guenther, 66, of 22461 Fain Road, Elkmont, residential building without a license
• Yamashetta Wysiette Hunter, 27, of 208 Southwind Drive, Apt. 43, Athens, bond revoked on two previous counts of second-degree theft
• Sandra Kay Loveday, 47, of 2744 Ready Section Road, Toney, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for driving under the influence
• Virginia Leigh McClain, 32, of 27974 Harvest Road, Toney, bond revoked on nine previous counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Belinda Faye McCluskey, 36, of 18635 Coffman Road, Elkmont, six counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Richard Scott Sizemore, 22, of 21555 Tillman Mill Road, Elkmont, serving 19 days for no insurance
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:
• Vehicle break-in Wednesday or Thursday in 13000 block Brian Hill Road; undetermined amount of damage
• Thirteen pairs of pants, 13 shirts and a jacket, total value $445, stolen between Dec. 26 and Thursday from 22000 block U.S. 72 East by employee who did not return uniforms
• Utility trailer tag value at $14.50 stolen between Nov. 1 and Thursday from 10000 block Poplar Creek Road
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported three admissions and no discharges Friday.
Admitted were: Kathy Swanner of Athens, Nancy Morris of Elkmont and Noah Sawyer of Ardmore.
