ARREST REPORT December 23, 2009
County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Michael Jeffery Dotson, 44, of 23336 Fain Road, Elkmont, four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument; bail set at $10,000
• Jarvis Werner Hines, 23, of 19864 Roosevelt St., Tanner, held for court on previous murder charge in connect with the December 2006 fatal shooting of 64-year-old Donnell McCullough at his Houston Court apartment in Athens.
• Michael David McComas, 50, of 16874 Raspberry Lane, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (menacing)
• Jody Montana Robertson, 27, of 20443 Turner Lane, Toney, bond revoked on previous charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
• John Louis Vaughn, 51, of 104 Mason Court, Huntsville, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for felony driving under the influence
• Timothy Brandon Woolridge, 22, of 21337 Myrtlewood Drive, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Two I-beams and one disassembled storage building, total value $650, stolen Saturday or Sunday from trailer in 26000 block Hundley Way
• Purse and contents valued at $380 stolen Monday from 21000 block Upper Fort Hampton Road
• DVD player, purse, clothing and hairbrush kit, total value $175, stolen during burglary between Saturday and Monday in 14000 block Blackburn Road
• 1995 Ford Aerostar van of undetermined value stolen Sunday or Monday from 14000 block Parker Road and now believed to have been involved in a hit-and-run accident Monday in Jasper
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Rohn Everett Pruett, 55, of 16808 Buckskin Drive, Athens, third-degree theft of services for eating a small pizza at Village Pizza and then leaving with a Long Island Tea without paying for any of it.
• Lewis Edward Traylor, 50, of 350 County Road 115, Kellyton, driving under the influence and violating terms of probation on previous conviction for DUI
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Chaps, screwdriver tip, electric inverter, drill motor, jig saw, chain saw, winch, pry bar, fencing tool, bolt cutters, trailer hitch, plastic roll, lawnmower, tractor draw bar, two hammers, wire stretcher metal lock and plastic bin, total value $1,550, stolen Monday from 15250 Pike Road in Athens.
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Tuesday.
