• John David Harbin, 53, of 5939 East Evergreen, Mesa, Ariz., DUI
• Johnny Neal Keeton, 45, of 17 Union Road, Sommerville, failure to pay child support
• Bobby Ray Pitts, 45, of 93950 Seven Mile Post Road, Athens, public intoxication
• Stanley Fritzgerald Stewart, 39, of 1042 Patterson Lane, Meridianville, failure to pay child support
• Kathy Lynn Usery, 29, of 3505 Ventura Road S.W., Huntsville, third-degree criminal trespassing
• Luis Fernando Zenteno, 19, of 9955 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, improper lane use, DUI, illegal possession of prohibited liquor, open container of alcohol and no insurance
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department the following thefts Monday:
• English bulldog, valued at $250, taken in a theft Thursday in the15000 block of McCulley Mill Road
• Two crates of aluminum cans, valued at $50, taken in a theft Friday in the 18000 block of Coffman Road

• Jason Dale Vibbert, 26, of 13483 Reid Road, Athens, third-degree theft of property
• Turner Lee Rogers, 55, of 106 Edinburg Drive, Athens, third-degree theft of property
• Alan Dean Anderson, 45, of 2230 Graham Ave. S.W., Decatur, two counts of theft of property
• Jeffery Scott Branson, 18, of 28736 Jennings Chapel Road, Toney, no insurance (arrest made on court order)
• Keith James Blair, 20, of 25883 Smithfield Road, Elkmont, harassment
• Matthew Shane Dollar, 20, of 110 N. Thomas St., Apt. 104, Athens, DUI
• Jesus Monreal Salazar, 35, of 20251 Wallace Lane, Athens, DUI
• Luis Angel Torres Cotto, 32, of 1000 Sixth St. S.W., Decatur, DUI

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Alabama license plate valued at $138 taken in a theft of property Friday at 16686 Lucas Ferry Road
• Wallet, food stamp card, debit card and cash, total value $100, taken Thursday in a third-degree theft of property at 1301 N. Jefferson St.
• Six miscellaneous credit cards and a wallet. $20 value, taken Sunday in a theft of property at 800 U.S. 31 South, and third-degree criminal mischief of a door frame, valued at $250, Sunday at 1105 Woodridge Drive
• Larceny of currency, assorted credit cards, driver’s license and three Social Security cards, total value $710, Sunday at 1109 U.S. 72 East
Wrecks
• Tyler Hess, 18, of Athens was injured Sunday at 7:20 p.m. in a one-car accident on Gordon Road, eight miles west of Athens. State troopers say Hess was driving a 2004 Suzuki and not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to Huntsville Hospital and has been released.
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Monday.
