County arrests
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Cody James Barnes, 25, of 29431 E. Ninth Ave., Ardmore, bond revoked on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card
• Brandon Lamar Carter, 21, of 203 12th Ave., Decatur, violating probation on conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia
• Daisy Tanya Espinoza, 19, of 707 Second St., Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana
• Sabrina Maria Gonzalez, 18, of 702 S. Houston St., Athens, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of marijuana
• Chase Everett Hall, 20, of 123 Sam Davis Ave., Prospect, Tenn., surety rescinded bond on charges of third-degree burglary and driving under the influence
• Timothy Brian Hunt, 31, of 27486 Juanita Drive, Athens, possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing a controlled substance and bond revoked on possession of a controlled substance
• Donald Eugene Putman, 36, of 1288 Gray Oak Road, Russellville, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Bobby Glenn Pylant, 37, of 14934 Section Line Road, Elkmont, violating probation on a conviction for possession of a controlled substance
• James Marlon White Jr., 27, of 194 Justin Lane, Lexington, violation of terms of Limestone Community Corrections Program on first-degree burglary charge
City arrests
Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Mark Dewayne Adams, 41, of 1102 Garrett Drive, Athens, (Morgan County felony warrant)
• Olivia Brooke Downey, 21, of 24523 Poplar Drive, Elkmont, violating probation on conviction for third-degree theft
• Michelle Lee Snyder, 40, of 5590 Bay Village Drive, Apt. 103, Athens, probation revoked on conviction for third-degree theft
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Two anatomy books and 40 compact discs, total value $830, stolen Oct. 26 from Chevrolet Cobalt parked at 910 Camelot Private Drive
• Three Visa cards, two debit cards and a Blackberry cellular telephone, total value $200, stolen Sunday from Lowe’s at 1109 U.S. 72 East
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Tuesday.
