Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• John Doe, no age or address available, disorderly conduct and giving false name
• Carol Shanette Franklin, 41, of 904 Beech St., Athens, probation for conviction for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument revoked
• Jordan Keith Miller, 22, of 1519 Fifth Ave., Athens, driving under the influence of alcohol (sentenced to serve five days)
• Cynthia Faye Potter, 27, of 201 Edinburgh Drive, Athens, five counts of third-degree theft and bond revoked on charge of second-degree theft of services
• Joshua Rodney Singletary, 23, of 21448 Oakland Meadows Road, Athens, third-degree burglary
• Ronald Jesse Singletary, 20, of 21448 Oakland Meadows Road, Athens, third-degree burglary
• John Steven Whitworth, 25, of 102 Willow Bluff Drive, Madison, failure to pay child support and third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Dell brand laptop computer, Toshiba brand laptop computer, Xbox 360 game console, tattoo gun, two pocket knives and car stereo speakers, total value $5,035, stolen during burglary Monday in 26000 block Miller Road
• Visio brand 24-inch flat-screen television; Hewlett Packard brand computer, printer and scanner; mirror; and pictures, total value $1,350, stolen during burglary Monday in 21000 block New Garden Road
• Fifteen light fixtures of undetermined value stolen during burglary Monday in 23000 block Alabama 251

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Jeffery Lee Cosby, 24, of 1303 E. Elm St., Lot 23, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• Mitchelle Gerland Hutto, 40, of 19237 Airfield St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• Michael Dewayne Tucker, 39, of 1310 Jefferson St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence
• Carrie Ann Hardaway, 48, of 200 Sanderfer Road, Apt. 212-A, Athens, disorderly conduct and public intoxication
• Anthony S. Hardaway, 20, of 200 E. Sanderfer Road, Apt. 212-A, Athens, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Groceries and cash valued at $65 stolen Monday from 700 Fifth Ave., Apt. O-43
• Two gasoline cans, four gallons of motor oil and assorted tools, total value $376, stolen between Oct. 30 and Tuesday from 17171 U.S. 72 West
