• Alex Eugene Colbert, 20, 21308 Oakland Meadows Road, Athens, DUI (alcohol)
• Barron Lewis Dorroh, 30, of 1401 Hayden St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Steven Wayne Emerson, 31, of 1812 Fry Gap Road, Arab, third-degree theft
• Geoffrey Gene Gilliland, 34, of 22706 Bill Walker Road, Athens, DUI (alcohol) and no insurance
• Kevin Brian Hust, 28, of 200 Wallace St., Opp, four counts of violating probation on convictions for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Whirlpool refrigerator valued at $380 stolen Thursday in 24000 block Thatch Road
• Copper wiring valued at $1,000 stolen between Aug. 1 and Friday in 27000 block McKee Road
• Stepladder, drywall stilts, heavy-duty Sears brand drill and miscellaneous painting items, total $645, stolen between August and Oct. 15 in 1000 block East Pryor Street
• 32-inch Sony television valued at $864 stolen during burglary Saturday in 16000 block East Limestone Road
• Fifty compact discs, Seiko brand watch and coins, total value $185, stolen from vehicle Thursday or Friday in 21000 block Oakland Meadows Road

• .38-caliber handgun valued at $250 stolen Oct. 14 from 15000 Buchanan Court
• Tennessee vehicle tag valued at $30 stolen between Wednesday and Friday from 110 Thomas Street, Quad-Plex Apartments
• Four Dodge Silver magnesium alloy rims and tires valued at $400 stolen Thursday or Friday from 1200 W. Cain Drive
• Concrete bench, wrought-iron chairs and wrought-iron glass-top table, total value $215, stolen Thursday or Friday from 1207 E. Forrest St., Suite A
• $230 in cash stolen Friday from vehicle at 700 S. Clinton St., Apt. 7-K
• Emerson brand DVD player and 20-inch television, total value $140, stolen Friday or Saturday from 210 Cloverleaf Drive, Apt. 6
• Ford Expedition valued at $10,000 used without authorization Friday at 704 N. Clinton St.
• Gray purse, Apple brand Ipod Touch, Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card, makeup, Wachovia debit card, cash and white snakeskin purse, total value $405, stolen Sunday from Fourth Street and Levert Avenue
• Sony PlayStation 2 game console, Hewlett Packard laptop computer and a flat-screen television, total value $2,300, stolen during burglary Saturday at 707 Second St.; doorframe, front door and deadbolt lock sustained $400 damage
• Black portable PlayStation game console valued at $250 stolen between Oct. 9-23 from 17404 Lucas Ferry Road
Wrecks
• Adam Matthew Kyle, 28, of Athens, was injured in a two-vehicle accident with an unknown driver at 12:24 p.m. Friday on U.S. 72 at the intersection of Houston and Jefferson streets, according to Athens Police.

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions or discharges Monday.
