ATHENS — Testimony continues today in Limestone County Circuit Court in the kidnapping, robbery and burglary trial of Damien Mitchell, 21, of Athens.
Among the evidence presented at trial Tuesday were a Spider-Man mask found at the crime scene and a Scooby-Doo mask and pair of U.S. Polo Association tennis shoes — with tread substantially similar to muddy shoe prints left at the scene — that were found inside a Ford Explorer driven by Mitchell.
