101 indicted by grand jury

— More than 100 people have been formally charged with crimes in the most-recent session of the Limestone County grand jury.

A report released this week by the Limestone County Circuit Clerk’s Office lists 101 people charged with crimes including strangulation, chemical endangerment of a child, violating the sex offender act, burglary, theft, drug possession and other crimes. Among the 101 indicted are 31 who have not yet been arrested, so their names are not listed here.

Here is the list of those who have been formally charged and arrested:

Violence, neglect, sex offenses 

Charles A. Johnson, chemical endangerment of a child; Jessica E. Wise, chemical endangerment of a child; Takisha Whitfield, chemical endangerment of a child; Amanda T. Smith, chemical endangerment of a child; Elizabeth Peterson, chemical endangerment of a child; William A. Borst, domestic violence (strangulation); and Telly S. Jacobs, violating sex offender act.

Thefts, burglaries

Hutto, two counts breaking/entering a vehicle; Randall B. Daly, first-degree theft of property; Mary B. Baird, first-degree theft of property; Bryan T. Whiteley, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card; Patricia K. Smith, second-degree theft of property; Earnest P. Duckett, theft of property; James N. Hargrove, theft of property; Darren R. Ashby, first-degree theft of property; Timothy Richardson, theft by deception; Jada Paige Dubois, receiving stolen property; Steven F. Skinner, second-degree theft of property; Burnetta R. Reedus, theft of property; Shayla S. Smith, theft of property; Dakota L. Daly, third-degree burglary; Lori A. Bolton, second-degree theft of property; Justin Patterson, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card; Reginald C. Davis, fraudulent use of a credit/debit card; Patrick O.
