Huntsville man arrested after developing nude pics of kids at Walmart

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) — Huntsville police have arrested a man they say tried to develop nude photographs of children at a Walmart store.

Authorities say 53-year-old Herman Oscar Watkins is charged with displaying child pornography. He's also accused of producing pornography with minors.

Records aren't yet available to show whether Watkins has a defense attorney. He was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Madison County jail.

Investigators say the man was stopped after entering a Walmart store and trying to develop photos of nude children.

Watkins is being held without bond.
