At Athens State’s In-Service meeting on Thursday, Aug. 19, the institution recognized employees who have served the university for 5, 10, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years.
“The Chronicle of Higher Education recently named Athens State as a ‘Great Place to Work,’” said Vice President for Advancement Rick Mould. “I believe the fact that we honored 54 employees today for extended periods of service is the best illustration of this fact recently uncovered by The Chronicle. Athens State is not only a great school, but a great contributor to our community.”
