A woman arrested on theft charges is accused of selling a vehicle that did not belong to her as scrap.
Athens Police arrested Ashley White, 26, of 602 Wright St., Athens, Monday on charges of first-degree theft of property.
After White’s arrest, she was transferred to the Limestone County Jail. She remained in jail Tuesday evening on $5,500 bond.
