Athens Police arrested a man Tuesday after a server at Sonic on U.S. 72 observed a man sitting in a vehicle with no pants on.
William Addison Monaghan, 24, of Guntown, Miss., was charged with two counts of indecent exposure. According to a press release from Athens Police, another incident occurred last week.
Following his arrest, Monaghan was released on $2,000 bond.
