Arrest reports 2/2/13

County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Andrew Lynn Chambers, 21, of 19704 Townsend Ford Road, Athens, permitting dogs to run at large

• Savannah Gayle Mendoza, 26, of 15255 Cannon Road, Elkmont, three counts of third-degree burglary

• Tina Carol Stewart, 53, of Toney, forgery (for Giles County Sheriff's Office)

• Misty Dawn Stults, 35, of 634 First Ave., Athens, surety rescinds bond on previous charges of second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a debit/credit card

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:

ELKMONT — Medication, no quantity or value listed, stolen between Jan.  30 and 31 in 22000 block New Garden Road

ATHENS — Samsung 42-inch TV, Compaq laptop computer and jewelry, total value $1,400, burglarized Jan. 31 in 24000 block Kadence Lane

ELKMONT — Hi-Point brand 9 mm and .380-caliber handguns, total value $390, stolen between Dec. 26 and Jan. 31 in 22000 block Elkton Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Barbary Lynn Amerson Reece, 41, of 20064 Townsend Ford Road, Lot 16, Athens, third-degree theft of property

• Sarah Marie Teaven, 30, of 15544 Evans Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and resisting arrest

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following theft and incident Friday:

• Criminal mischief damage, estimated at $30, to brake line of Chevrolet Cavalier between Jan. 28 and 29 in 700 block South Clinton Street

• Cellphone, valued at $250, stolen Jan. 31 in 1400 block North Malone Street
