- — County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Tina Adams, 38, of 26927 Pettusville Road, Elkmont, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance

• Miguel Castro, 39, of 619 Sixth Ave. S.W., Decatur, driving under the influence

• Delfino Perez Hernandez, 26, of 619 Sixth Ave. S.W., Decatur, public intoxication

• Edward Vincent Lyles, 40, homeless, public intoxication

• Juan Manuel Najera Perez, 24, of 52 Forrest Place, Lawrenceville, Ga., public intoxication

• Tamera Sue Scott, 49, of 310 Swan Drive, Athens, trafficking and possession of a controlled substance 

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ELKMONT — Jewelry box containing jewelry, total $120, stolen Aug. 30 or 31 from 25000 block Alabama 99

• ELKMONT — Rocking chair, paint supplies and cooler, total $80, stolen Aug. 31 from 25000 block New Bethel Road

• ARDMORE — Alabama title of undetermined value stolen from 24000 block Seventh Street between March 1 and Sept. 1

• ATHENS — Ruger brand handgun valued at $491 stolen during burglary Aug. 25 in 21000 block Oakland Meadows Road

• ATHENS — Poulan brand chainsaw, Yard Machine brand push mower, toolbox containing tools, hunting knife and Auto Zone brand battery charger, total $290, stolen during burglary Sept. 1 in 10000 block Paradise Shores

• ELKMONT — $160 in cash and medication, total $140, stolen during burglary Sept. 2 in 28000 block Boyd’s Chapel Road

• ATHENS — 55-gallon drum containing yard tools, motor puller with hydraulic boom, metal toolbox with tools and 55-gallon drum with hand pump, total $1,175, stolen from 16000 block Shaw Road between July 15 and Sept. 1

• TANNER - Husqvarna brand chainsaw valued at $1,400 stolen during vehicle break-in Sept. 1 or 2 from vehicle on Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road

• ELKMONT — Yellow gold ring with diamonds valued at $1,200 stolen Sept. 2 or 3 from 21000 block Ashley Brook Way

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Johnny Junior Coleman, 52, of 106 Sixth Ave., Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Mary Cruz Carrillo-Sanchez, 22, of 21720 Piney Chapel Road, Lot 21, Athens, arrest for Limestone County Sheriff’s Department

• Zebulun Malachi Wray, 23, of 7275 Alabama 101, Town Creek, carrying brass knuckles and a slingshot

• Felicia Diane Allen, 30, of 104 Henry Drive, Athens, arrest for Madison County Police Department

• Renaldo Lavon Gray, 27, of 102 Hammond Circle, Athens, harassment

• Jean Vega Jiminez, 34, of 20227 Holt Road, Athens, DUI 

• Christina Lee Jarrett, 21, of 18869 Cross Key Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Michael James Young, 28, of 1410 Elm St., Apt. E-68, Athens, third-degree domestic violence

• Eric Curtis Barron, 31, of 24682 Seventh St., Ardmore, DUI and giving false name to law-enforcement officer

City thefts 

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Streetlight valued at $75 damage due to criminal mischief Aug. 30 in 24000 block U.S., 72 East

• Wood Forrest debit card stolen Aug. 27 from Southwind Drive

• Five hospital beds, total $3,500, stolen Aug. 1 from 300 block Strange Street

• Cellphone valued at $10 stolen Aug. 28 from 600 block Ninth Avenue

• Mailbox valued at $50 stolen Sept. 1 from 800 block Levert Avenue

• Right rear passenger window valued at $250 damaged due to criminal mischief Aug. 31 in 1000 block U.S. 72 West

• $40 in cash stolen Sept. 1 from 1200 block Kelli Drive

• Mailbox and two windows, total $575, damaged due to criminal mischief Sept. 1 in 700 block Westview Street

• Cellphone valued at $130 stolen Sept. 2 from 1000 block Alabama 99

• Window screen valued at $25 stolen during burglary Sept. 2 in 1000 block Bristol Street

• Woman’s wallet containing cash, Alabama driver’s license and five credit/debit cards

• Leather wallet containing Social Security card and $370 in cash stolen Sept. 3 from Westmoreland Avenue 

• White rocking chair, wooden bookcase, brown dresser and dresser with mirror, total $275, stolen May 1 from 100 block East Elm Street
