County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Ernest Pannel Duckett Jr., 44, of 214 Lynnwood Circle, Decatur, first-degree theft

• Melanie Marie Hardy, 28, of 704 S. Houston St., Athens, probation violation on an original charge of criminal mischief

• Robby Laron Pillar, 30, no address given, driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding

• Holly Ann Waldrep, 29, of 1625 Lynwood Ave., Russellville, third-degree promoting prison contraband

• Genera Grace Cockrell, 31, of 7056 Mountain View Lane, Leeds, possession of a controlled substance

• Tavoras Antwan Coffman, 27, of 503 Welch Drive, Athens, Limestone County Community Corrections Program charges of first-degree possession of marijuana, two counts of first-degree theft and second-degree forgery; bond revocation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Leslie Deon Hinkle, 35, of 21475 Nelson Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and possession of a controlled substance

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported these thefts Monday.

• ATHENS – Model 74441 Zero Turn mower valued at $4,635; stolen Nov. 20 or 21, from the 18000 block of Meadows Road, Athens

• ARDMORE – 52-inch flat screen TV and 32-inch flat screen TV of unknown value, stolen in a burglary Nov. 19 or 20 from the 17000 block of Cave Branch Road, Ardmore,

• MADISON – 50 caliber Knight muzzleloader valued at $175, and four keys, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle Nov. 21 or 22, in the 12000 block of Wakea Drive, Madison

• ATHENS – Cash/checkbook/coins valued at $650, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle, Nov. 21 in the 24000 block of Southern Heritage Lane, Athens

• MADISON – Touch iPod valued at $250, and credit/debit cards stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle Nov. 21 or 22, in the 12000 block of Nani Drive, Madison

• ROGERSVILLE – Rossi .38-caliber handgun valued at $400, Thumbbreak holster valued at $50, stolen between Nov. 1-22, from the 21000 block of Motorcross Road, Rogersville

• MADISON – Nintendo DS valued at $200, Nintendo Pokemon valued at $40, FM game converter  valued at $200, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle Nov. 21 or 22, in the 12000 block of Nani Drive, Madison

• MADISON – Tools valued at $75, change valued at $45, battery charger valued at $125, and GPS charger valued at $30, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle Nov. 22, in the 12000 block of Wakea Drive, Madison

• ATHENS – Marlin lever-action 30/30 rifle valued at $400, and Wheelan .35-cal rifle valued at $200, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle, Nov. 21 or 22, in the 24000 block of Southern Heritage Lane, Athens

• ARDMORE – Hi-Point 9mm handgun valued at $200, stolen Nov. 20, from the 28000 block of Oak Grove Road, Ardmore

• ATHENS – Sullivan County, Tenn., badge valued at $100 stolen Nov. 20 from the 10000 block of Country Corner Road, Athens

• ATHENS – 1995 Dodge Stratus valued at $1,900, and Sony radio/CD player valued at $200, stolen between Nov. 20-24, from the 21000 block of Piney Chapel Road, Athens

• ELKMONT – Savage Arms .22-caliber rifle valued at $200, stolen between Sept. 1 and Nov. 19 from the 28000 block of Pettusville Road, Elkmont

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported these arrests Monday.

• Angela Kaye Hillis, 33, of 19110 Runway St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Billy D. Springer, 52, of 102 Bates Road, Somerville, arrested for another agency

• Frankie Wilson, 61, of 1102 Sommerest Drive, Athens, domestic violence (harassment)

• Alex Kesly Speake, 31, of 2605 Sherwood Oaks, Decatur, DUI

• Jason Dale Vibbert, 29, of 18483 Reid Road, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported these thefts Monday.

• A .243 Browning automatic with composite stock valued at $600, one Ford F150 window broken valued at $200, and one Echo CS306 chainsaw valued at $300, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 100 block of Whitfield Drive on Nov. 23

• Gold dollar valued at $25; Navy Credit Union checks; First State Bank checks; one Polaroid car pack with two display DVD player valued at $199; cigarette making machine valued at $40; personal and business documents; one Radio Shack multi-meter valued at $20; one Sears battery charger valued at $150; one 25-foot tow chain valued at $70; keys; one AT&T cell phone valued at $50 stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 100 block of Winslow Drive on Nov. 23

• A 3000 watt  Punch amplifier valued at $200; speaker box with two 15-inch speakers valued at $300; marijuana “blunt”; and box of Newports containing three cigarettes stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 2000 block of South Lindsay Lane on Nov. 23

• Harbor Freight socket set valued at $20 and $250 in damage to the door glass of a Nissan Forerunner in the 200 block of Whitfield Drive on Nov. 23

• Mongoose bicycle valued at $120 and Trek bicycle valued at $800 stolen from the 1400 block of 7th Avenue on Nov. 24

• Bait caster valued at $75 and three All Star spinning rods valued at $300 stolen from the 100 block of Whitfield Drive on Nov. 23

• Pioneer CD/radio with removable face valued at $150; XM Rody valued at $75, and keys stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 100 block of Winslow Drive on Nov. 24

• License plate valued at $50 stolen from a Nissan Armada in the Kmart parking lot on Nov. 23

Athens wrecks

• One-car wreck at 3 p.m. Nov. 24 on Elm Street between  Hine and Houston streets injured Amber Natasha Green of Athens

• One-car wreck at 10:16 p.m. Nov. 24 on Alabama 127 between McClung and Elm streets injured Justin Dean Turner of Athens.
