The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Jamie Marie Develasco, 33, of 244 Dawn Drive, Toney, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Justin Edward Steagall, 18, of 22753 Fain Road, Elkmont, harassment
• Daniel Lloyd Wiley, 18, of 20381 Harris Loop Elkmont, harassment
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Vehicle sustained $2,800 in damage during break-in Thursday or Friday in 5000 block U.S. 72 West
• Six handguns and one rifle, total value $2,350, stolen between November 2007 and February 2009 from 25000 block Seventh Street in Ardmore
• 1989 Ford Bronco valued at $1,000 stolen between November 2009 and Jan. 22 from Blackburn Road
• Panasonic brand stereo and remote valued at $150 stolen Friday or Saturday from 27000 block Maples Road
• 2000 Dodge pickup valued at $10,000 and $4,000 in cash stolen Saturday from 20000 block Wallace Lane

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:
• Benjamin Lawrence Bradley, 30, of 1303 Browns Ferry Road, Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for DUI
• Charles Wayne White, 47, of 514 N. Beaty St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Spencer Charles Alred, 27, of 15464 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, driving under the influence
• John Robert Westmoreland, 38, of 510 Franklin, Sardis, Miss., DUI
• Michael Keith Lochridge, 20, of 361 Redoak Road, Petersburg, Tenn., DUI
• Joshua Allen Webster, 21, of 18038 E. Limestone Road, Athens, DUI
• Lester Phil Silcox, 45, of 14613 Bledsoe Road, Athens, DUI

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• $55 stolen through illegal use of debit card between Jan. 25-28 at Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Computer cables and wires, Sitting Bull doll and case, wood and glass cabinet, various pictures and frames and lamp, total value $630, damaged or destroyed due to criminal mischief Friday or Saturday from 12939 Mooresville Road
• $100 stolen through illegal use of debit card Saturday from vehicle at 1200 U.S. 72 West
• GMC Safari valued at $1,000 abandoned Saturday at Lindsay Lane and Alabama 251
• Door and frame valued at $500 damaged due to criminal mischief Saturday and Sunday at 407 Vine St.
• Samsung brand prepaid cellular telephone valued at $30 stolen Sunday from 1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 134
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported four admissions and no discharges Monday.
Admitted: Leighton White of Anderson; Ruby Tribble of Tanner; and Billie Williams and Elvira Sledge, both of Athens
