Athens Chamber of Commerce members and Sarrell Dental Center associates are shown with Dr. Warren Sarrell, center, during the facility’s ribbon-cutting ceremony Wednesday at the old Public Health Building at 310 E. Elm St. in Athens. The dental facility is a self-sustaining, non-profit group that provides dental care to children with Medicaid and ALL Kids insurance, a low-cost, comprehensive health care coverage program for children under age 19.
