One person was reportedly thrown from a vehicle and killed in a one-car rollover on Holt Road at about 2 p.m. Saturday, according to police radio traffic.
State troopers were on the scene and the identity of the victim was pending notification of next of kin.
Holt Road is northeast of Athens off Alabama 251.
