A Decatur man accused of entering public restrooms to peep at women in Athens, Decatur, Huntsville and Michigan over the past three years will be sentenced June 19 on charges in Morgan County.
Robert James Bell, 51, pleaded guilty last week in Morgan County to third-degree burglary, records show. He also admitted the crime was sexually motivated, which will enhance his penalty.
